Who we are
This website is run by Bumble Design, based in India. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Bumble Design. You can reach us at contact@bumbledesign.in.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us:
- Your name, work email and phone number (the phone number is optional)
- Your business name and website address
- The services you are interested in and how your customers order today
- Anything else you write in the notes box
Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss working together and, if we do, to deliver the work. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails you have not asked for.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to us by email, so it passes through our website host and email provider. If you choose to book a call through our scheduling link, that service will also receive your details under its own privacy policy. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and third parties
We do not use advertising cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you visit. We may add basic analytics in future and will update this policy if we do.
Where your data is handled
We are based in India, and our providers may process data in India and in other countries where they operate.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them. We keep project records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Depending on where you live, such as the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights under local law. Email contact@bumbledesign.in and we will reply within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
